As an essential service provider during the COVID-19 outbreak, Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling is doing its part. We are taking the following precautions to help prevent spreading the virus to our customers and technicians:
•During our call before arriving at the customer’s property, we are asking if the customer would like our technicians to wear a mask, gloves, and protective glasses while they are on the premises.
•We carry commercial-grade sanitization products which can be used to decontaminate any surfaces we touch.
•All persons are asked to practice social distancing.
•Sanitize hands before and after each visit.
We ask if you are someone that has been diagnosed with the virus, or suspect you have symptoms, to let us know ahead of time so that we can take additional preventive measures. If we keep working together, we will hopefully all make it out of this terrible situation safely!
